How to perform 1on1’s with your people? 1on1’s is a crucial tool leaders have to engage with their people, understand how they are progressing against their goals and what can be done to help your people to achieve their best performance. With my trainings of 1,5 hrs I help leaders to understand the power of 1on1’s and provide a practical reference frame to get the most out of every 1on1. All trainings can be performed online and can be tailored to your company processes and tools. On request, follow up from the trainings in the form of peer-to-peer intervision can be facilitated.
