Take a Growth Approach!

I am delighted to the share the launch of the ‘Growth Approach’. The Growth Approach replaces the well-known people performance – and talent management processes by one process and offers the opportunity to step away from the use of ratings to evaluate employee performance and potential.


The Growth Approach finds answers to three key questions:

  1. What did you realize recently?

  2. How do you help to strengthen our desired culture?

  3. Do you maximize your talent?


The aim in answering these 3 questions is to find out how fast employees can and want to grow and if they play in the roles where they are at their best from a performance and development perspective?


To secure follow up on development on an individual level and create the highest impact, decision makers are identified and involved in action planning. This is one of the fundamentals that drive true impact. Take a growth approach!
