3. Supporting leaders to understand and play their leadership role is the third step. Attention is paid to the role of leaders in the various teams they are part of as well as their personal development. 

4.
By providing leaders with a couple of practical tools, they can fully support their people to thrive and further leverage their full potential. In this step the new way of working comes to life in day to day work.
