About
How to identify which goals to use in the performance management process? The goal section in the people performance management process often becomes a ‘drop box’ for all the things that have to be managed. In my view this leads to less focus and undermining of the potential impact of the performance management process. To get the maximum out of your people performance management process, thoughtful use of the goal section is imperative. Which goals can be managed best via the performance management process and which goals can be managed via other platforms? And how to bring it all together in the formal performance evaluation of your people? These and other questions get answered in this workshop and sets your existing performance management process up for success in your organization. All trainings can be performed online and can be tailored to your company processes and tools. On request, follow up from the trainings in the form of peer-to-peer intervision can be facilitated. Peer to peer intervision is a powerfull platform for leaders and employees to learn from each-others experience and approach. The workshops are preferably held in person. Current clients range from start-ups to midsize companies. Due to the focus on the ‘how to?’ question the approach is also very suitable for small companies. Want to know more? Feel free to reach out!
